Delivery Timing
You can see each product’s estimated arrival date on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:
- In Stock Products Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 5 working days from the date you placed the order.
- Pre-Order Products Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 10 working days from the date you placed the order.
Scheduled Delivery Services
Some items require scheduled delivery due to their size and weight. These include major appliances, TVs 51″ or larger, and furniture. Please ensure an adult (18+) with a valid National Identity Card is available at the time of delivery.

Title to Products
All purchases through mycosco.lk are subject to a destination contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. COSCO is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
