What qualifies?

Your product may be eligible for price matching if it is:    

  1. Identical to the Qualified Competitor product – The product must be a matching brand, model number, and colour to qualify. The product must also be a new product.
  2. Immediately available for shipping or store pickup from a Qualified Competitor.
  3. Not shown on our exclusions list – Exclusions apply including, but not limited to, Qualified Competitor’s service prices, special daily or hourly sales, and items for sale at a Qualified Competitor in the week of Sinhala & Hindu New Year and Christmas.

Find it. Chat with us.

  1. Find a qualifying product – While online, find a qualifying product that you want mycosco.lk to price match. Make sure the product is a new item, immediately available, and identical to the Qualified Competitor’s product (matching brand, model number, and colour).
  2. Chat to request a price match – Connect with us via the online chat. Be prepared to provide the ad or website showing the lower price. You can also call us on 071 2 888 887 to request a price match. If you’ve already ordered, check price match eligibility on your Order Details page by clicking the See details link.

Find it. Show us.

  1. Find a qualifying product – Make sure the product is a new item, immediately available, and identical to the Qualified Competitor’s product (matching brand, model number, and colour). Mycosco.lk orders can be price matched by chat or phone.
  1. Show us in store – Visit any COSCO store and present the Qualified Competitor’s ad or website, showing a lower price that is still in effect, to any of our employees. We will then review and verify the price match request.

Holiday Price Match Guarantee

If our price goes lower during the holiday season, we’ll match it.

  • The Holiday Price Match Guarantee lets you shop with confidence. Most products purchased at COSCO between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31 can be price matched through Jan. 14. Similarly, COSCO products purchased between Mar. 1 and April 15 can be price matched through April 30.
  • The Holiday Price Match Guarantee allows customers to request a price match to a current COSCO product price for an immediately available new product during our extended Holiday Return & Exchange period. Excluded items include third-party contract items (e.g., cell phones, AppleCare+), holiday decorations, non-returnable products, etc. The Guarantee does not apply to competitor pricing. All other standard COSCO Price Match Guarantee terms apply.

Price Match Guarantee Policy Details

We won’t be beat on price.

We’ll match the current product price of key online and local competitors (“Qualified Competitors“) for immediately available new products (excludes clearance, refurbished, and open-box items).

Special considerations:

  • At the time of sale, we price match these Qualified Competitors.
  • We match our online and app prices on in-store purchases and our in-store prices on online and app purchases.
  • If we lower our in-store, online, or app price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request.
  • Our Price Match Guarantee covers new items (excludes clearance, refurbished, and open-box items). One price match per identical item per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers.

Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover:

  • Prices of retailers not listed as a Qualified Competitor.
  • Products sold or shipped by third-party sellers on Qualified Competitor websites.
  • Pricing available only to select groups such as membership clubs, loyalty programs, or government exchange stores.
  • Qualified Competitor offers such as contract cell phones, service prices (delivery/installation), pre-orders, rent-to-own, liquidation, trade-in offers, Black Friday prices, special hourly sales, or items sold the day before Christmas Day or Sinhala & Hindu New Year.
  • Financing offers, bundles, subscriptions, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupons, limited quantity items, out-of-stock items, refurbished/open-box/pre-owned items, gift card deals, Point of Sale Activation cards, exclusive gaming discounts, or voice-only deals from us or any Qualified Competitor.

We may run tests of the Price Match Guarantee in select locations and may amend these terms at any time.
