  • COSCO Wallet
  • Home Delivery: All products sold on mycosco.lk are available for home delivery.
  • Store Pickup: To pickup your order, please bring the order ID and your National ID card to the store.

All products are covered under manufacturer’s warranty as mentioned in the Warranty & Service Policy.

Our hassle-free return policy allows you to easily process your returns with NO cost to you. The below are the options to return a product:

  • Raise a return request through your COSCO account
  • Raise a return request through online support chat, email, or a quick phone call

One of our delivery partners will contact you for collection within 2 working days.

You may cancel the order until before the order has been delivered by calling us on 071 2 888 887 or writing to us at support@mycosco.lk

Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order. You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order.

However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order and amount refunded to your account (if already paid).
